Monday-Friday 8 am-10 pm
Saturday 8 am-5 pm
Sunday - 12 pm-10 pm
Set up, tear down and cleaning must happen within your rental time
Reservations are based on a first come, first serve basis and are accepted no more than one year in advance. Please check the calendar for availability before sending your request. No guarantee of reservation until you have received confirmation from our Facilities Manager.
Group Events require Certificate of Insurance listing Centerpoint Church as an additional insured.
These spaces may be rented for gatherings that do not conflict with the values of the church. All requests are subject to approval. There will be no sale of goods or admittance fee during events held at the church.
As the renter, you must be present during the entire rental time and are responsible for being aware of policies and enforcing them with your guests. Facilities Manager is available from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday and available only for emergencies regarding rentals outside that timeframe.

Worship Center / Lobby / Kitchen Rental:
- Grand Piano on stage
- Sound Tech & Projector Tech (Max of 8 hrs for each)
- Our sound tech will work with your speakers and musicians or play your music through our system for you.
- ProPresenter Tech will project slides you provide on screen(s) at front of stage. Material must provided on a USB drive and given to church staff at minimum 2 days prior to the event.
- Camera is available as separate add-on
- Record event as a single wide shot of the stage. No camera operator present. Video is recorded and link will be emailed or recording can be downloaded onto USB drive provided by renter.
- Lobby & Kitchen
- 33 round tables, 10 rectangle tables & 300 chairs
- Renter responsible for setting up & tearing down
- 33 round tables, 10 rectangle tables & 300 chairs
Centerpoint Kids / Gym Rental:
- Gym - no balls will be provided
- Kitchen
- Kids Lobby
- 10 rectangle tables & 80 chair always setup in Lobby

Hawarden Facility Rental:
- Fellowship Hall & Worship Space

- Upper loft area and classrooms are not available.
